Request a Meeting 

While every effort is made to accommodate meeting requests, it is important to note that various factors may necessitate the decline of a requested meeting. For example, when the legislature is in session, schedules can become unpredictable. Additionally, prior commitments, such as previously scheduled meetings, public events, or urgent responsibilities, may take precedence. Requests should be made at least 30 days ahead of time.
